Almost all of the wheat has been cut from the fields here in north central Montana, but there is still some that remains. This is some of the summer’s last wheat here in these parts.

This is the essence of photography. No doubt anybody in this wheat field would walk by and not notice the beauty at their fingertips. It is now up to the photographer to get us to stop and notice the wonderful details we discard every moment.
